School Payments

 is our parent portal that provides a single point of contact. It allows App messages to be sent and received free and also allows us to contact you efficiently by email. It includes a service called where you can make online payments either on your smartphone or at the website.

We will notify you by text or email when new items such as school trips or tickets for events are available for payment on the gateway. You will also be able to give online consent, where required, for your child to take part in activities.

As children turn 5 you will also be able to make milk payments this way which means as soon as you are informed of the required amount, you can log into the gateway and make the payment without worrying about forgetting!

Remember you are able to make payments any time 24 - 7!

What you need to do:

Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com on a PC, laptop or tablet or download the App to your phone and do one of the following:

- If you download the App to your phone, select New User and add the email address and mobile number that we hold for you in school. Schoolcomms will text you a unique PIN that you should login with and keep a record of

- If you currently don’t have a smartphone to enable you to use the App, just select ‘New User’ and you’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN and the email address we hold for you at school to login into Gateway on your PC, laptop or tablet.

Please note that if you ever forget your PIN, just click the link ‘forgotten PIN’ and you’ll receive a reminder
